Job description:

The successful candidate will be supporting HR Team in the area of recruitment.

Key responsibilities:

searching for the candidates using a variety of tools (advertisements, direct search via social media, networking, employer branding activities)
prescreening of the candidates matching required profiles
administrative tasks connected with hiring new employees
reporting on the progress of certain recruitment projects
participation in employer branding activities

Skills required

Excellent command of English (at least C1),
Previous experience in the area of recruitment (preferably in IT or BPO sector)
Strong business awareness
Working knowledge of MS Office package
“Can do” attitude, excellent communication skills and creativity
