TRANING SPECIALIST

 

We are looking for a Training Specialist able to enhance the competencies of individual employees by ensuring trainings delivery, designing and conducting training programs that will boost employees’ performance in alliance with company’s core values and strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of trainings delivery (end to end process), training needs assessment, delivering/designing curriculum and learning materials. Training specialist will also lead and coordinate development project activities.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Implement training initiatives, plans, strategies and processes that help the organization reach its goals. Build annual training program and prepare training plans.

     

  • Identify training and development needs and opportunities. Survey employees, managers and organizational leaders to determine desired outcomes regarding development. Translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path.

     

  • Design curriculum and course content. Analyzing requests, needs and related costs. Modify training programs and builds online modules based on existing content.

     

  • Trainings procurement. Negotiate contracts with external service providers. Cooperate with the external training vendors and delivers tailored training programs and courses.  Oversee the quality of delivered training sessions provided by external vendors.

     

  • Conducting and coordinating orientation sessions and organizing new employee trainings.

     

  • Act as training coach, teaching other personnel to facilitate training classes. Provide train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts. Supervise instructors, evaluate trainers’ performance. Evaluate training materials prepared by instructors, such as outlines, text, and handouts.

     

  • Monitor effectiveness of training activities and process. Reporting, tracking participation, satisfaction, performance, impact.

     

  • Control budget utilization in own area of responsibilities.

     

  • Become the LMS system expert and provide functional/process support on the use of the LMS, education process and principles. Recommend effective and adequate development activities.

     

     

  • Facilitating training courses/programs (as trainer), developing guides and materials for participants, monitoring systems and processes, and measuring success. Present information, using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and lectures

 

Requirements:


  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments

  • Proven experience in designing  trainings contents or curriculums design

  • Proven experience in facilitating trainings as trainer

  • Advanced presentation skills and ability to influence others

  • Extensive knowledge of  learning principles, traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques will be an asset

  • Communication (verbal,  written) and negotiation skills

  • Strong knowledge of training processes and procedures

  • Budgeting skills

  • Time Management skills

  • Advanced Business English skills

  • Very goodn knowledge of Ms Office
