Job purpose

To proactively advise upon and then implement solutions for internal customers on HR topics that are aligned to the wider needs of the organization and external legal requirements.

Key Accountabilities

Project Implementation - Working with managers at operational and strategic level to help implement company level HR activity

Ongoing Business Unit Management Support - Providing pro-active consulting to managers by giving them day-to-day advice; recommending  the application of best practice systems, tools and techniques into their business for a location/across countries

Talent Management and Succession Planning - Ensuring that the relevant talent management actions and agreements are followed up and delivered

Employee Engagement - Ensuring the employee engagement and enablement issues are on the Management Agenda and relevant actions are introduced in a timely manner

Active participation in strategic HR projects - Building relationships across the HR community and business management on all levels to cooperate sharing  consistency in approach, best practice, re-use of initiatives, performance measures and opportunities

Ensuring legal compliance of all internal processes


Requirements:

  • Relevant university degree or equivalent education
  • Several years of experience in a variety of HR roles
  • Experience in operating in an intercultural environment
  • Experience in project management in complex and changing environments
  • Excellent command of English
